POWER FASTING
Sports fasting is the method to improve blood values, lose weight, gain energy and lose belly fat. These results are achieved by means of the nutritional protocol and 30 minutes of relatively intensive cardio training daily. For those who are more interested in losing subcutaneous fat , gaining more muscle mass and more strength, there is Power Fasting.
Power fasting is a sophisticated variation on Sports fasting. The strength endurance training during the cure activates hormones that actually use the fat reserves under the skin (including stomach, back, thighs and buttocks), this in combination with daily cardio training provides a result that can be compared to the so-called ' dry training ' or the ' cutting phase '.
Power fasting is only for people who are already experienced in strength training and who have a relatively good condition. This cure is often experienced as heavier than Sports fasting. It is not aimed at making a metabolic switch to more fat burning, for that the original Sports fasting cure is needed.

WHO IS POWER FASTING SUITABLE FOR?
★ Power fasting is only for people who are already experienced in strength training and who have a relatively good condition. This cure is often experienced as heavier than Sports fasting.
★ It is not aimed at making a metabolic switch to more fat burning, for that the original Sports Fasting Cure is required.
★ Power fasting is mainly for athletes who do not want to lose muscle volume and strength, but do want to lose as much fat as possible.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
★ Power fasting is a 10-day cure in which you perform strength endurance training every day using a training split (do not train the same muscles every day!) and you also do cardio in the fat burning zone at a relatively low intensity.
★ Just like with Sports Fasting, you will receive a complete 10-day nutrition plan, in which you will taper off to 3 low days in which you will still get proteins. You will also receive all the necessary supplements.
★ For good results, it is important that you continue to eat according to the last example day for at least 2 weeks after the treatment.
