To improve your body composition, you will eat differently. Because certain nutrients do not digest well together, you will eat carbohydrates separately from proteins and fats. For example, if allowed in your profile, you will eat a maximum of 2 carbohydrate meals per day and otherwise only combinations of proteins and fats. You will also eat a lot of vegetables. You will eat according to the so-called Caveman rules. Of course, I will guide you extensively in this.
Optimal digestion
