We start with an extensive intake and a skin fold measurement on 12 places of your body. With this information we can analyze which hormonal 'profile' you have. To improve your body composition, you will eat differently. Because certain nutrients do not digest well together, you will eat carbohydrates separately from proteins and fats. For example, if allowed in your profile, you will eat a maximum of 2 carbohydrate meals per day and otherwise only combinations of proteins and fats. You will also eat a lot of vegetables. Optimal digestion

To determine whether the digestion of nutrients in your body is optimal, everyone does an enzyme test. If the digestion of nutrients is not optimal (lack of stomach acid), you do not absorb them optimally in your intestines, which means that many essential bodily processes cannot take place.
